Good location. Absolutely beautiful setting along the Laguna. Lush surroundings. For sure I will stay again at this hotel whenever I come back to Lomé!
The personnel in the restaurant were slow and I often had the impression to “disturb them” when I asked for anything.

I stayed here after a long stretch of camping and driving across West Africa and it was a lovely little oasis in the middle of a busy city. The swimming pool and views across the lagoon are great and there are plenty of comfortable seats and loungers to relax on during the day. The restaurant serves excellent food and drinks for a decent price. It is close to the airport but not overly loud with plane noise. The check-in and reception staff were friendly and spoke good English for those whose French is lacking. The room I stayed in overlooked the pool area and was clean and comfortable. Warm water in the shower and air/con worked well. Mosquito nets are provided above the beds, although I did not spot any in the room itself.
The location is close enough to the city that you can walk to the markets and Independence Square or catch an easy moto taxi from the main road.
The restaurant staff could be a little more attentive. It took me a while to get attention to be able to order at the start of my meal, and at the end there was no wait staff to check in on whether I wanted dessert or another drink etc. I waited a significant length of time before I packed up my own leftover pizza slices and left.

Some of the staff were friendly, some were not. The WIFI at times was not strong enough. There were additional items added to the breakfast bill on two occasions. The room was clean but the bathroom had issues. The toilet was leaking from the base and there was often a drain like smell which could be quite strong. The cleaners always did a thorough job and the man on reception was very helpful with my issues. The breakfast was good every time and the morning waiter was always very polite and attentive.
Rooms in need of a little updating. Leaks in the bathroom require attention. Sometimes the staff seemed to be asleep whle they were sat at the bar.
