Welcome to this bright and inviting house, built in traditional Swedish style with a modern Nordic aesthetic. Spacious, beautifully decorated and surrounded by peaceful natural surroundings, it offers a wonderful setting for relaxation, togetherness and memorable holidays throughout the year.
Final cleaning included – no additional cleaning fee.
The price you see already includes final cleaning, so there are no additional cleaning charges added to your stay.
The house combines the warmth and character of a traditional wooden cabin with modern Nordic design, contemporary comfort and plenty of space for family and friends.
High-Season Rental Policy
Please note that during the high season, from June 25 to August 27, the cabin is rented exclusively on a weekly basis, with Saturday as the changeover day.
Inside the House
Step into a bright and welcoming home where traditional design meets modern comfort. The heart of the house is the spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area – an ideal place for cooking, dining, relaxing and spending time together.
Large windows and two sets of double patio doors fill the living area with natural light and provide direct access to the spacious terrace.
The terrace can also be accessed directly from the bathroom and from one of the bedrooms, making it easy to move between the indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the day.
Outdoor Living
The house has a spacious, furnished terrace extending along two sides of the property. It is a wonderful place for outdoor dining, morning coffee, relaxing in the sun or enjoying a long evening together.
The outdoor hot tub is sure to become a favourite for both children and adults. Heated with firewood, it can be enjoyed throughout the year – whether on a sunny afternoon or beneath the stars on a cool evening.
The large landscaped garden offers plenty of space for children to play and for family games and ball games.
A Weber grill is available for enjoyable outdoor cooking.
Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
The main house has two comfortable bedrooms, as well as two additional sleeping spaces on the loft.
The double beds can be separated into twin beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements depending on your needs.
The main house has a large, modern bathroom with a toilet. A washing machine is conveniently located in the utility room.
The separate annex provides additional sleeping space with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds, as well as an additional single bed. The annex also has its own spacious bathroom with toilet.
In total, the house and annex provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups travelling together.
Modern Amenities
The cabin is equipped with a Smart TV and Google Chromecast, giving you the option to enjoy your own entertainment when you feel like relaxing indoors.
Water Supply
The property is supplied with drinking water from a 140-metre-deep underground well. The water is used throughout the house and provides a reliable supply of fresh drinking water.
Heating and Firewood
The main house is heated by several sources, including a wood-burning stove that creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, particularly during the cooler months.
The outdoor hot tub is also heated with firewood.
Firewood can be purchased from us during your stay. If you need additional firewood, simply contact us and we will arrange delivery to the house.
Additional Information
Electricity is charged according to actual consumption during your stay.
Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
Bed linen can be rented as an optional extra.
Firewood can be purchased separately.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

We had a very nice stay in that house (2 families and one dog). We enjoyed our meals on the sunny terrace. The house is well equipped with nice furniture and the little house is very cozy with a nice view into the garden. We really liked the surroundings with the nearby river, and trips to a close lake or the sea. The communication with the owners was very nice and easy going.

Sehr nette Gastgeber haben uns in der Unterkunft begrüßt. Trotz dessen, dass das Haus schon 16 Jahre alt ist, sind diese Spuren kaum bemerkbar. Ein tolles Ferienhaus in einem guten Zustand. Immer wieder gern.

Das Haus war sehr schön und es war genug Platz für Alle ! Auch der Hund war gar kein Problem! Die Lage im Wald war Supi und natürlich extra Ruhig !!!!
