Not a good place to stay.

The positives outweigh the negative & we'll happily return.

We like the beautiful mirrored wall that added light. We like the large ref, kitchen sink, table, & stuffed couch. We like the light colored tiles & pretty blue walls. Great to have room darkening curtains!

The bed was so hard that we purchased foam mattresses to cover it for comfort. The bathroom is small but adequate. We had to ask for soap, dish soap, dish towell, & for the dull kitchen knife to be sharpened. They happily met our requests.

Far from expectation aside staff that try the best

cleanliness not good poor maintenance not maintain regularly many mosquitos and spy old painting noisy client etc i was not satisfied pictures looks great but it is not

Value for money

The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was also well equipped and great for long stays too.

Just some minor feesback - The internet connection was slow and most of the time not connecting well. The blanket in the bedroom was thin and short, can use an upgrade to a thicker and bigger blanket. The bathroom can also use a bath mat to mop the wet floor.

The size of the apartment and the staff where very helpful and very friendly

The apartments are old and could do with a refurb ie the walls need painting and the furniture needs renewing And unfortunately the apartment was in the middle of nowhere although tbe shopping mall was 20mins away

not very comfortable

On our first day, I and my wife reported the flooding on toilet floor.... they were not able to fix it because they did not know where the water really coming from they applied some kind of putty on the bath area... but nothing happened .... my wife found out that the water came from the underneath the toilet bowl while she was trying to get rid of the water from the floor. Until the last day of our stay, the toilet floor was still flooding.
