Clean and comfortable. Good green environment and well maintained. A perfect place to spend holiday.

The location was perfect for us as it was very close to a friend's family house we were visiting, and having already visited Negombo earlier in our trip I think it's a pretty good location overall. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was fairly basic and I struggled a bit to be understood when asking some questions while checking in.

It is not in the main tourist area so you can easily find local food to a fair price. The manager was nice and helped us to find some restaurants. Breakfast was good. AC works well.

The place looks fairly new, but the toilets already need some renovations. It was not so clean and some dust kept falling off the cealing.
