It’s a wonderful Guest house in a quiet location of Hongdae neighborhood. Check in is easy and systemic. The rooms are on 1st floor and are clean, well maintained and comfortable, there is a cafe on ground floor with plenty of drinks options in vending machine. Laundry and dryer are available and free. There are bus stations on both sides of the guest house. Overall enjoyed our stay
My only suggestion is to add a basic breakfast with room, that will add to the travelers ease and comfort. Another caution is if one has heavy bags, have to carry them up a small flight of stairs

its super strategic in terms of access to train station literally a 5-7 mins walk to Hapjeong & Mangwon station. A nice neighborhood area, surrounded by nice cafes and most importantly it's not very touristy feel which i like despite me myself being a tourist

The property was close to the train line, about a 6 minute walk, wasn’t too far to walk to the main area of Hongdae where the bars and restaurants all were, electric plug in room had usb c.
This was a weird unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the bed wasn’t that comfy, the towels that were given to you were small and thin, the property outside wasn’t maintained the best, with garbage and random stuff outside.
