Love to be back.

The location is great. Nice vibe in the hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Many beautiful beaches around. The pools are great. We stayed in M13. The room was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Good air conditioning in the living room. The veranda with the view to the pool and the sea was amazing. Perfect place for breakfast. Nice decoration. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The price is fair.

There is a need for a second air-conditioning in the bedroom. We stayed in September and the fan was enough but in the hot season.. Also it would be great if there was a mosquito net in the windows of the bed room. The beach infront of the hotel is a nudist beach so if you are more conservative go to its left side. If stairs are difficult for you, choose the rooms by the pool. Overall it is one of the lovely places in Crete.

Alles war sehr gut. Es war sehr ruhig und sauber. Ohne Auto geht es hier nicht, man muss ein mieten, dann erreicht man schnell gute Taverne oder Supermarkt.

Super relaxed stay with a view!

This was our 2nd time in the resort & we loved it once again! This is such a quiet place, ideal for a relaxed & peaceful stay. This time we booked a larger apartment. It had a total of 3 balconies and a roof terrace. So many options to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The rooms were placed on the 1st floor, with the kitchen and living room on the 2nd. This helped with the autonomy of the family members that may have wanted to rest. The apartment had also all the amenities that we needed as a family. The washing machine was a huge pro, as we needed daily washing of clothes after our visit at the sea. The pool was another big pro as the children really enjoyed their time there. Will definitely revisit in the future.

There is nothing to not like.

Nice Persons (co-owner, co-workers both) family friendly, nice build ex/interiors need/must it car.

Co-owners very respectful compromise -ready person, all attention on customers. The resort has enough different aptmnts, You can choose and like in any other Resorts for rent, in real-life (on place) some differencies (compare) to the fotos, but this place has enough "volume" to solve everything and very nice partner the on-site co-owner. We liked let's try one time if you has a vehicle (we had) to ride some km's to other side of the island

That's not mainly the failure of the Resort Owner: on crete time to time has problems with water consumption, especially on far and higher altitude. Of 16 days/total!/ only 4-7 hours left some water (but in pools full-time ready :)

A resort without luxury, but perfect for a week or two. It deserves 3 stars, not only 2.

The rooms are good (size, comfort), the swimming pools were perfect. Lukas gave us support every time we need some help.

The air conditioner is a bit noisy, the beds are too soft. The photos with the blue water on the horizon were taken from the roof, unfortunately we stayed on the first floor and there was no spectacular view.

Perfect vacation.

The room is well equipped with everything you need. The beds and the sofa are very comfortable. The jacuzzi was awesome. The crew is very helpful and nice. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic place, a great base for excursions or place to relax near big swimming pool!

Fantastic property with a large swimming pool, beautiful vegetation and a lovely cat family. The apartment is well-kept, equipped with the necessary accessories, cleaned. A great base for excursions. A place away from the center, peace, quiet and sea view.

Minor problems with air conditioning on the first day, but the next day the staff changed our room and everything was ok. In some apartments minor glitches like leaking water from the air conditioning or from under the washing machine, but the staff reacts quickly upon reporting.

The location. Very quite in the night. Very clean

The first day there was no cleaning. I asked for extra bedlinen but we never got it. No air condition in thebedroom. The bed sofa was very uncomfortable

In general, the apartment was decent and clean.

The location and the staff was very helpful.

The apartment needs renovation concerning tubs. Also, i think that it needed a solar system for heating the water, because 2-3 times we had to wait for the boiler.

Like a Villa with private pool

We had the appartment near the swimmingpool and It was great. We stayed there for two weeks and most of the time we had all the pool only for us, It was like to have a private Villa with pool. Everything was super

A very nice, peaceful and neat place for a holiday with the family, would reccommend it.

We liked the view overlooking the see, mountains and the pool area. Beautiful twilight view. Quite close to beach too. liked the pool area, balcony and the kitchen facilities. and to be able to wash clothes. Beach tovels were provided. Really nice to stay there with my family.

I really liked the place and have no complaints. Just a smsll tip: Would have been nice to have a broom in the room tho sweep floors and balcony because of the sand that you tend to bring in from the beach. a bit remote from the mini markets and restaurants and one needs a car to do the shopping but we knew that. Also, good to know: you need to bring washing up liquid and sponge and soap.

Nice view from spacious balcony, good location, big bathroom, nice beaches near, town near (with a car), large pools, rooftop terrace, very quiet, very few guests in the resort. Generally very nice stay.

Sun shines into the bedroom from 8 am, aircon very week, no mosquito nets, you cannot throw paper into the toilet. Bed quite narrow for bigger people.

Everything, beautiful location with will kept apartments and pools. It was a short drive to restaurants and would highly recommend driving over the mountains to the beaches. Roof terrace was amazing.

Nothing in general, would suggest adding a starter pack with washing up liquid and dishcloth.

Family holiday

Ideally situated a short distance from the lovely village of Makriagialos, this apartment hotel has a good cafe/bar and two lovely pools as well as access to a nearby beach. There was parking on site. The apartment was well appointed with two bedrooms and two balconies as well as a large roof terrace. The views are second to none!

Unfortunately, our shower door had been removed meaning a bathroom flood every time anyone took a shower. The bathroom door itself had a dodgy lock resulting in our son being locked in for over an hour and a call to maintenance. We were then unable to shut this door properly for the remainder of the holiday. The front door was extremely difficult to unlock which meant lots of fiddling about to get in. The roof terrace lights did not work.

Perfect destination when looking for less-crowded, quieter place in Crete to spend summer holiday!

Marvellous holiday in Lagada Resort! The surroundings are a nice mix of traditional villages, peaceful beaches, crystalline water, majestic gorges, away from crowds and touristic clamour. Despite its busiest season, somehow it didn't feel like that at all. The resort offers everything what is necessary for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The staff perfectly reflected Cretan hospitality and courtesy at all times. It’s definitely worth visiting!

Everything: the friendliness and care of the personnel to meet our needs! the location : even though a little remote it was perfect to relax away from city noise.the view was magnificent:the sea,mountains and an awesome starry sky! well cared garden and pools.the apartment although we rent a small one(35m2),was perfect for three adults provided with all the amenities to cook -the dishwasher was of great help.the bedroom was very comfortable and big with a desk as well and a lot of storage space,the bathroom although a bit small was cleverly designed.the veranda was really big,we loved to take our breakfast and late drinks there,enjoying the view!most important it was very clean and the ladies in the reception provided us with both bath and beach towels. Beautiful exotic beaches are nearby, we liked the achlia beach and agia fotia in particular (both are very well organized) and Makrygialos nearby has many supermarkets,bakeries and tavernas.there is also a small grocery store just outside the property with fresh bio fruits!we really enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back!

The road that leads to the rear parking is rough (although short) but very convenient for those staying at the last row of the apartments.(you can always park at the front parking though)

- everything was awesome - big comfortable apartmens with all you need - perfect location close to the city / but still really quite - awesome terrace - super two swimming pools

- poor Wifi in the apartment
