O ambiente é excelente, pessoal jovem, atencioso, educados.
O único porém é relação á manutenção dos quartos. A ducha higiênica vaza aguá, o box vaza água, molha o banheiro inteiro, as torneiras estão frouxas, o ar condicionado com as aletas quebradas. No mais , tranquilo.

The breakfast is good. And also the coffee 😉 good shower! Staff is friendly and helpful.
Wifi is very slow.
No handtowels or face towels. Only one towel per person.
Bed is much smaller than on the pictures.
Lamps in the room don't work. Electricity in the room is even dangerous since sockets are broken.
The sofas in the breakfast area are uncomfortable because much too low.
We were told we could have breakfast only after 8 because the hotel is fully booked.
This Ibis is worse than an European ibis budget.
