Absolutely stunning location with breathtaking view, kind & helpful staff, very good breakfast with local products. Truly pet friendly place, majority of guests were accompanied by dogs.
No vegetarian options in the hotel's restaurant.

I normally do not really complain, but the woman at the reception was very impolite. Kind of ruth. Despite the fact that the swimmingpool should have been open on our arrival and was confimed by other staff members the impolite receptionist told us it was closed as the season was not yet started and there was no life guard. Very contradictory information. It was mentioned on booking.com. Especially as the rules by the swimmingpool stated that there was no life guard available. The handyman at the swimmingpool who was adding chloride in the pool was also not very friendly as he did sent away 2 boys who wanted to swim as well. Bottom line was that they didn't prepared the swimmingpool in time. A pity for us as it would have been a great holiday day/relax day at the swimming as the weather was very good that day. Last complain is about the dinner in the restaurant onsite. The food was very good but we ordered chicken with vegetables which consisted of only 2 small pieces from a garrot. You must be joking? I wish I would have taken a photo of it. As dessert we ordered ice cream. It was ice cream from the supermarket! The thing is do not like to be fooled especially as the dinner was not cheap. I made a complain about it at Booking.com, they tried ro contactcthe properry but they never reponded. For the rest property and scenery quite nice.
