Hotel Torre Barcelona

The staff from the hotel very nice, I had the Bosque cabin because I was traveling with my dog. The hotel is beautiful, it has exquisite garden areas, dreamy pool, too many choices to sit and enjoy the birds singing, just couple minutes from the downtown but I stayed put in the area. Pizza restaurant next building. Prices really good! I met the owner very welcoming.

It is a house in the residential area of St Cugat, very quiet, has a garden, good for traveling with pets, easy to park your car, the staff was nice too.

The place is a bit tired, the equipments need renovation.

Staff (Nico) was helpful. There is a good neighborhood restaurant right next door and a nice cafe/bakery within walking distance, pleasant neighbourhood

Overall this is a place that over promises in its description and under delivers in reality. For example the breakfast is very basic, no tea supplied, pay extra for freshly squeezed orange juice, bad coffee, old fruit. It is a good half hour train trip from the placa catalyna, and a further 20 minute walk up and down hills which is quite far with bags. There is a bus but not sure how often that goes. The rooms are small and run down. The garden is also run down. The air conditioining in our room didn't seem to work. There is more but basically I do not recommend and wish I had read other reviews more closely ( despite the justifications provided in the 'hotel' feedback)
