The personnel was very helpful and accomidating. The room had large size, renovated recently and had AC and fan. We got complementary water every day and the room was turned out every day.

Die beiden Mädchen beim (späten) Empfang waren sehr bemüht, wenn auch Fremdsprachen-unkundig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotelier (wenig Deutsch) erfolgte dann via Facetime. Sie gaben uns wegen meiner Gehorobleme das Zimmer 2 im EG statt im 2. Stock.
Das Zimmer war hübsch mit „Schloss“-Ambiente. Keinerlei sonstiger Service.
Sehr zentral am Park mit Parkplätzen vor der Tür.
Für Gehbehinderte nicht gut geeignet, alle Treppenstufen sind sehr hoch, keine Rampe, kein Lift. Der Duscheinstieg erhöht.
Die Matratzen der beiden Betten in Zimmer 2 waren niedrig und ziemlich durchgelegen und man stieß sich ständig an den Bettkanten. An etlichen Stellen waren unreparierte Schäden, im Bad ein kaputter und geklebter alter Wandfön (Reserve-Handfön), bröckelnde ranzige Fugen, offene Bohrlöcher, Brandlöcher in der fleckigen Badevorlage.
4 Sterne verdient das Haus jedenfalls nicht (mehr), alles hat eine eher lieblose Atmosphäre. Wie das ursprüngliche Zimmer im 2. Stock ist, wissen wir allerdings nicht!

It was excellent area right in the city close to all shops and restaurants and parks!
Water cut off in the town for 2 days but it wasn’t their fault there is nothing they could do about it

Le ragazze della reception gentili ma parlavano solo romeno.
Non c'è ascensore ne personale che aiuti con le valigie.
Per fortuna l'hotel era vuoto e abbiamo potuto cambiare piano dal secondo al primo. La camera era grande ma organizzata male. Pochi ripiani e spazi per appoggiare le valigie. Pochissime prese elettriche e messe in posti scomodi da raggiungere
