Disappointing from beginning to end

The key collection was relatively easy although the receptionist was a little bit rude and clearly impatient. Parking was easy and free. Price was competitive but we'll spend more next time, for sure.

The stated address doesn't take you to the property. The Maps pin doesn't take you to the property either. We had to ask around to find the actual place - after a long day out and driving. It was a very disappointing start. The air conditioning is only available in one of the rooms, not both. The entrance room only has a ceiling fan. The WiFi had a very poor connection and in one of the rooms it was impossible to be used. People around are very rude, noisy and inconsiderate. We had to call reception a few times to complain about a loud car sound system and people pushing furniture in the above flat at a very late time at night. The beds were very uncomfortable and no one in our party got to rest as we needed. The shower knob would give us an electroshock every time we touched it. We are also pretty sure the place has (no visible) mould - my guess is the shower and the mattresses (we are all allergic to it and got a reaction from it). The water park you have free access to is always incredibly busy and very uninteresting.

Péssima

Fiz a locação direto pela Booking, mas falei posteriormente com o responsável pela unidade chamado Antônio Dionizio, que ao realizar a venda da locação ate que foi educado, contudo, após chegarmos na unidade e verificarmos que o apartamento nao era de 02 quartos e sim de apenas um, fizemos contato com o Sr. DIONIZIO e que ao ser questionado sobre o anúncio que seria de dois quartos e era somente um e, ao questioná-lo que ele devia ter sido claro sobre essa informação, ele, de forma áspera e mal educada falou que nak tinha que falar nada, que a informação estava no site. Contudo, ate a disposição das camas no apto deixava claro que eram dois quartos como estava no anúncio e nao de uma sala que seria transformada em quarto. Ele foi mal educado, grosso e extremamente desnecessário na sua fala. E além de tudo quando chegamos na unidade o apto estava completamente sujo, com louças dentro da pia, cheio de todos de cigarros, banheiro sujo e que mesmo após a limpeza o apto ficou com um odor fortíssimo. Por isso a nota que dei foi baixa.

Tive que pagar uma taxa, na qual não fui informada e quando fui falar com o anfitrião ele foi grosseiro e falou que não era obrigado a colocar a informação no anúncio.
