Studio with everything for holiday

The Studio hast everything you possibly need for a holiday far from home. Excellent shower and bathroom, kitchen with all you need to breakfast, nice bed and a small area to stay inside. There's also a machine to wash and dry clothes. Outside There's a table where you can drink your coffee and a very nice place to park the car.

Just something to pay attention depending on what kind of traveler you are. To go to Old Town it is better if you go by car and then you have to pay parking in the center or by taxi/über. Walking takes 20-25 minutes.

Superb

We liked the studio, it was equipped with everything and it was clean and nicely furnished. The location is great. The bed is very comfortable and the hosts were kind.

Wifi was weak, the TV wasn't a smart TV.

Exceptional

Everything was fine, the small studio is above the average it has got a little dishwasher too. The bed is amazing, there is an air conditioner and a little storage room that You can lock (we put our beach stuff here). The bathroom is amazing, huge standing shower with a lot of space. It is quiet and there is a car park inside the territory, so your car is safe. We brougt bicycles and we we did not need to use our car because every destination was in comfortable distance. We are abour 25 years old both and this studi apartment was great choice for us :)

No chairs inside due to lack of space so you need to eat outside on the terrace, but it is not a big deal!

Small, cozy and very clean studio.

Everything is new and very clean, well equipped, cozy apartment, not far away from the city center, the owner is very kind. In April was quite cold but you have AC heating and electric radiator in the bathroom. There is a parking lot infront of the building.

I missed a bigger window and more day light in the apartment, also there is no kitchen table so it is quite uncomfortable to eat your breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Nice quiet stay!

Small studio located in the more quiet part of Rovinj. It has everything you need during your stay, even a washing machine and dish washer. Very clean apartment with comfortable bathroom and equipped kitchen. By foot around +-20 minutes to the centre of Rovinj and supermarket is nearby. Very friendly host.

The bed is a bit too soft in our opinion.

Cozy apartment for 2

We wanted to explore the area around Rovinj and I think that we couldnt find a better place to stay. Nice, clean and very elegant apartment that was reconstructed recently was just about 10-15 minutes away from the historic city center and beaches. It would be better If you would bring bikes to the area, because there is so much to explore, but even without bikes it is 100 % enjoyable. The host even offers to rent bikes for you through some rent a bike company. Also about the host - very kind and hearthwarming lady Who gave us tips for trips for the whole stay. We really appreciated it and felt like we always had someone to turn on, if anything didnt go as planned. (Fortunately, everything went as planned:)). Overall - great place, great host, nothing to complain about:)

Exceptional

The host Jasmina was very kind and helpful. She gave us all the informations when we arrived, showed the maps of the city and gave us infos of good local restaurants and coffe shops. The apartament was clean and neat. The checkout did Jasminas father who is also very kind man. We were really satisfied with everything and leaving with nice memories. We recommend 10/10

The best place to stay

Everything was new, clean, perfectly prepared for our stay. The apartment is really cute, perfect for the couples. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner. The bed is very comfortable, bathroom has nice, spacefull shower. The owner and her family were very friendly and helpful. Jasmina gave us a lot of tips what to do/see/eat in the town and helped us to rent the bikes. To reach the old town you need to walk around 20min, by car it takes only few minutes. Couldn’t imagine better stay. Thank you Jasmina

Extremely small and noisy apartment, renovated lately

- renovated Appartement - parking lot available - friendly welcoming from staff at the desk - clean appartment

- smaller than described (no compensation despite complaint offered) - no noise cancelling from neighbors (shower, steps, toilet) - directly connected to next apartment (light shines through the door from neighbors)
