Thanks a lot to Natalia for the uncomplicated organisation of our stay at her house in Ferragudo. It´s very clean, chic and child friendly. The house furnishing comes with everything you need for relaxing holidays at the Algarve. The washing machine helps you to reduce baggage weight. Right across the street you´ll find a very tasty bbq restaurant (reservation is necessary). We stayed there with grandma, uncle and our toddler for two weeks and had a very relaxing time! Highly recommended!

The property was superb - tastefully decorated and very spacious, with three well sized bedrooms, one of which was ensuite. Furniture and fittings were to a high standard and exceeded our expectations. The dining/patio area was lovely - a really nice spot for relaxing either in the sun or the shade. Also, we didn't realise that there would be a rooftop terrace and that was a pleasant surprise. The terrace is large, with panoramic views of the area and you can see right down the coast towards Lagos. We loved it. We hired a car and I think a car is essential, although it is possible to walk to Ferragudo, which is roughly a 25-30 minute walk. There are some good restaurants there but we also drove to Lagos and Portimao to eat out as they are bigger towns and there are a lot more options. The nearest beach is a 10-15 minute walk. You can also drive to Praia da Rocha and walk along the beach there, which is amazing. Also we went to Sagres and Cap St. Vincente - we would highly recommend that area - it is about an hour's drive from Ferragudo. Amazing cliff scenery - really outstanding. Another nice drive is to Monchique - the highest mountain in the Algarve and stop off in Silves on the way back - a beautiful old town with an impressive castle, with fantastic views. Overall we were thrilled with the house and really enjoyed our stay. A special mention to our host, Natalia, who was extremely helpful and responsive, as was her colleague Tatiana.

The house is well appointed with modern fittings. The beds are very comfortable. However, the outside space is limited in area and is totally enclosed with walls providing no views at all. There is, however, a roof-top terrace equipped with sun-loungers and table and chairs with views of the Atlantic and across the river to Portimao. The access to the property is via a short driveway shared with 3 other houses. There is no room to turn the car around and so reversing into the house parking space is recommended. This, however, has safety issues as the road is situated on a blind bend. On a few occasions this has nearly resulted in collisions. You have to be extremely careful reversing into the drive. Within 15 minutes walk you can access the cliff-top walks with Ferragudo in one direction and Carvoeiro in the other. It's about 30 minutes walk along the road into Ferragudo, but uphill coming back. A very nice restaurant is directly across the road from the house. The meat, especially the lamb chops is really good. The prices are pretty high and they do not accept credit or debit cards. The house wine is not very good in our opinion.

Local tranquilo e proximo da praia

This fabulous spacious house, is immaculate, large, comfortable and well appointed and maintained. It has to be one of the best houses that I have ever stayed in. Everything is good quality, unlike some properties that seem to be furnished with second hand items. We were three ladies in our early sixties, without a car. We found two beautiful, clean beaches within walking distance and with easy access. Ferragudo and Lidl are a good walk away which we didn't find a problem, but having said that, there are bus stops near the property and taxis aren't expensive. We ate in Le Paradis restaurant directly across the road and had lovely food and service. I would recommend this house if you like to stay in a quiet residential area and don't mind walking or have a car. Thank you Natalia and Tatiana for a wonderful stay.

Property was spotless clean. It was much bigger than I expected. Three very large and comfortable bedrooms. Very spacious sitting/dining area and separate kitchen which was well equipped. Only 5 mins walk to a fabulous beach. Car necessary to get there and to get about comfortably. There are 3 restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance. Would return to this property again as it ticks all the boxes for our family.

Nous étions 4 adultes à passer une semaine dans cette villa. Très propre, fonctionnelle et parfaitement placée pour rejoindre la plage à pied. Ferragudo est à 20 min à pied, c'est un village calme où il fait bon se promener dans les ruelles bordées de maisons blanches ou colorées. Notre séjour a été très agréable

Beautiful, tasteful house lactated in Ferragundo village. Photos do not reflect reality. The living room and kitchen from the offer show the object before renovation. Around the house well-kept green grill and deck chairs. Very nice and friendly service, a pleasant surprise was a welcome kit with home rules and a gift from the owner. The owner also did not forget about a set of leaflets presenting local attractions. The house is very clean and tastefully finished, with all necessary amenities, blinds and LED lighting. A small note is two steps of stairs between the living room and the corridor to which you have to get used to in the first days of your stay. We sincerely recommend this house as a place for a nice holiday stay for a family or a group of friends. Great restaurants within walking distance, convenient parking for cars on the street or in front of the house. The house has a beautiful view from the roof to ocean and the mouth of Arade River. ======PL=========== Piękny gustowny dom, zdjęcia nie oddają rzeczywistości. Salon i kuchnia z ogłoszenia pokazują obiekt przed remontem. Wokół domu zadbana zieleń grill, stół, krzesła i leżaki. Bardzo miła i życzliwa obsługa, miłym zaskoczeniem był zestaw powitalny z regulaminem domu i upominkiem od właściciela. Właściciel nie zapomniał również o zestawie ulotek prezentujących okoliczne atrakcje. Dom bardzo czysty ładnie i gustownie wykończony podsiada wszelkie niezbędne udogodnienia, rolety oraz oświetlenie led. Mała uwaga to dwa stopnie schodów pomiędzy salonem, a korytarzem do których trzeba się przyzwyczaić w pierwszych dniach pobytu. Szczerze rekomendujemy ten dom jako miejsce do miłego wakacyjnego pobytu dla rodziny czy grupy znajomych. Dwie znakomite restauracje w zasięgu pieszym oraz wygodny parking dla samochodów przy ulicy lub przed samym domu. Z domu roztacza się piękny widok na ocean i ujście rzeki Arade.

The help and assistance from Natalia and Titiana was excellent .The house was very good with excellent facilities . Although it did seem rather plane and severe in its decoration but that is the modern style . We enjoyed the area and our journeys to the Mountain in the mist and the lighthouse to the East . We are particularly interested in birdlife and found some good sites . Eating out was easy ,convenient and of good quality .

This was the perfect house for six people. Great location. It was possible to walk both to nearby beaches(10 minutes) and the most charming little fishing village(20-25) There are also restaurants really close to the house, and they had all good food and great hospitality. We did our daily morningtrips on the fantastic cliffs of the Algarve coast. We enjoyed our stay very much☀️

Suggestion: maybe it s a good idea to have enough liquid soap in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Todo estuvo a la altura de lo que esperabamos. La propietaria estuvo muy correcta y amable. La propiedad mejor que lo visto en las fotos, con todo lo que se necesita para hacerte agradable la estancia. El entorno, zona de chalets con una cala poco poblada y estupenda para disfrutar de ella durante toda la estancia. Pueblo pesquero cercano - 5 minutos en coche -, para disfrutar con su ambiente y sus restaurantes.

Estancia fenomenal, muy buen situado , bonita playa , no le otorgó las 5 * , por un problema en el precio de la estancia . Me han cobrado + de lo que estaba acordado , según la propietaria por un problema de honlelidays,
