Wonderful and cozy place to stay in Batumi! The accommodation is very comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by lush gardens and sea view. It is walking distance from a beach and a bus stop that takes you to the center of Batumi.
I would say it’s the perfect place to stay when you are in Batumi- beautiful, cozy, green and quiet, would definitely stay again!

The beach is just a short walk, just like the main street that takes you to Batumi, however, the place is relaxing and quiet.
The garden is beautiful with blooming flowers.
There's a terrace in the garden with kitchen and kitchen facilities where you can cook, eat and enjoy the sea view and the sunset.
The botanical garden is also close to the place which was the highlight of our stay.
The beach is pebbly, just like everywhere in Batumi, so it doesn't make any difference. 🙂

Расположение: 500 метров до моря. Из окон, балкона, с веранды видно море. Волшебный сад. Хозяйка замечательная. Чистота. Трансфер. Море чистое. Пляж оборудованный раздевалкой, душем, станция спасателя. Прекрасное кафе с умеренными ценами Palm Beach. Рядом супермаркеты, рынок, аптека, все магазины. Остановка автобуса, маршруток рядом. На такси до центра Батуми 15 минут
Только один минус, но для кого-то он может быть решающим: крутой подъём по улице и крутой подъём уже на самой территории от ворот до апартаментов. Если у вас маленькие дети, коляска, пожилые люди, - может быть тяжело подняться.
Но это единственный минус ☺️
