Location and facilities were great, ideal for the beach/city centre.
Flat was really clean and very well furnished.
Really liked that there was outdoor seating.
Good that there was secure parking included.
I contacted the property about parking before check in and they told me they’d make it the first property to be prepared so we could check in early to attend a gig in the city, really accommodating!

The parking was tricky to find, the road was closed due to works and we were woken very early by the noise which was a shame.
The terrace was also dirty as were some of the chairs and table.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable
Timings for check in and check out were restrictive for us.

A cute property in a great location, we easily walked to everywhere we needed. Outside space for meals/relaxing was appreciated. Kitchen had everything you need for self catering. Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. Information folder was very useful for both the house and area. Great communication from start to finish. Overall a lovely stay.
The wardrobe in the twin room is dangerous and has been mentioned on here before. There is a catch on the inside of the left door which there is no way of knowing about at first and when the door is pulled the wardrobe VERY easily falls forward on top of you! My (teenage) granddaughter ended up with a bruised shoulder from this.
Also, not the fault of the owners but there is building works going on at a house opposite which starts loudly at 08:00 every morning.

Tidy,clean place. Good size rooms,well equipped kitchen.
The parking space was horrid. The street was closed due to building and it took us over an hour and walking around the area to find that we could get in. The parking space was extremely small for an SUV. The sofa was not good as when I sat I sunk in. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable
