Staff were to hand all hours. It is a very welcoming and friendly environment with a beautiful garden and outside space for BBQ, children play and sun lounging

La struttura doveva essere una villetta indipendente con parcheggio privato e giardino interno. Nella pratica il giardino e il parcheggio erano in comune alle altre villette, tra cui quella dei proprietari che possedevano anche loro un cagnolino e il cancello esterno era tenuto tutto il giorno aperto. Soggiornando con un cane di piccola taglia, per il quale hanno richiesto spese extra per la pulizia, abbiamo avuto difficoltà a tenerlo libero sia per il cancello aperto sia per il fatto che il giardino della villetta non era recintato. Inoltre abbiamo trovato un giardino molto sporco e pieno di escrementi. La villetta è basilare, con i servizi e confort basici. È stato fornito inoltre un telo bagno molto usurato e bucato. Non erano presenti infine delle coperte aggiuntive e abbiamo sofferto il freddo. Non lo consiglierei.
