Location is great, the room was super clean, and the staff was very friendly
It was uncomfortable to share the hallway with the other room and unfortunately, there was a group of young people staying next door who made quite some noise throughout the night.

Excellent location, 2min walk to the centre of Novalja. Spacious and exceptionally clean apartment with new furniture. Beautiful terrace and garden. The host was so kind and helpful and gave us good and budget friendly reccomendations for restaurants, even let us park the car an hour after check out so we wouldn't have a problem with waiting to check in to another accomodation. 10/10 experience with this host and will come back for more days for sure !
