Amazing boutique hotel

This was by far the best boutique hotel that I have ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful , the rooms were clean and the hotel decor was lovely. The location was perfect, walking distance to Alacati town , Carrefour around the corner and food and restaurants walking distance from the hotel. The Saturday bazaar is just a step away from the hotel. Overall I can't say anything negative about this this lovely cute and quaint hotel. It was such a lovely stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone and definitely return for another summer vacation.

I will definitely come back again!

Very good location with many parking lots, shops and restaurants nearby. The colorful weekly farmers' market is also here: dozens of merchants selling food, clothing and decoration products. A fabulous breakfast was served at the pool side dining room with an excellent view. Detailed attention has been given to the decoration, design and upkeep of the hotel. The room is spacious, spotless and clean and I especially love the bay window that provides a comfortable sitting area and makes the room feel so airy.

Exceptional

This hotel is really well located in the city center, it is peaceful, the rooms are really confortable, the breakfast is delicious, the pool is beautiful and the staff really Kind, we would definitily come back

Cute and central boutique hotel with great hosts

- great location, right in the centre of Alaçatı - everything within town is in walking distance - the weekly Saturday market takes place right in front of the hotel - lots of parking space - two convenient stores right around the corner - cute interior and exterior, there's a lot of effort in the concept and design - family business and very warm, friendly, helpful staff - the garden is really nice - 'grammable' pool area - delicious breakfast - very nice to stay off-season, boutiquey, not too many rooms, thus not crowded - rather stable WiFi - great value for money (off-season)

- the standard rooms are tiny - sliding door of the bathroom was stuck and made a lot of noise when closing or opening - clogged shower drains, it took forever for the water to run off - they changed the towels everyday, even when they hadn't been used yet, which is not sustainable at all and unnecessary most of the time - the pool area is nice, but too small, only 6 (3x2) sunbeds and 3 gazebos, which can be a hustle to get one when the hotel is fully booked or the sun shines only on one side

This hotel made our trip so special. The comfiest place I have ever stayed before. The staff is so caring, there is nothing they cannot help with. Overall it's hotel that feels like home

A lovely boutique hotel close to the village

A small family run Boutique hotel with with beautiful rooms (and bed linen). the organic vegetarian breakfast was nice. Staff provide a personal touch and went out of their way to help. Yoguz and Berg were very helpful with anything we asked for. The pool and garden area is beautiful and soft music playing. It is well located close to the restaurants and bars of Alacati village. The pictures of the room is exactly the way it was advertised with a modern batch room.

The only thing was the air conditioning. We couldn’t get the cooling to work and there are no fans so we had to keep the windows open.

Great but choose the right room :)

The whole town and its hotels are just wonderful. Köşe Konak is one of them. Very beautiful location, 3 minutes walking from the main center. Breakfast is great. Pool is super nice and quite.

They have the great bazar just in front every Saturday: it's a pity they do not serve fresh fruits you can easily buy from it. Sadly, our room was too small for a couple, separated beds and with several problems in the bathroom, which is small too, also main light and bathroom mirror light were not working. The lady owner is not really a smile face.

Cute boutique stay in a charming town

Such a cute hotel with great amenities. You can tell the rooms and decorations were well thought out with beautiful decor. The breakfast was delicious with a great spread and we enjoyed the afternoon tea and biscuit. Keep in mind that speciality coffee is extra. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool but rested on the loungers to soak in some sun. Location was a prime, away from the hustle and bustle but close walking range. Ample parking.

Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was more than perfect! Far from the noise of the center, yet very close to it. The staff were very kind, specially Oğuz. The tea time in the afternoon was also great. The overall experience is nice and you will feel you are staying at your home not in a hotel. We definitely recommend Köşe konak for your trip if you are looking for a perfect stay in Alaçatı.

The breakfast could be better if they add more options.

Very lovely hotel and very nice personel. Hotel's location is superb very close to bars and cafes. Also it was very clean and quite and people were very positive. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alacati.

Beautiful boutique hotel experience hurt by surprise charges

Facility is beautiful. Close walking distance to to restaurants and town square. Swimming pool area is a real highlight. Breakfast is really good. Manager picked us up from bus station which was nice. Staff is friendly

I would have given this place a higher rating but beware of hidden charges. At the time of checkout after 2 Nights, we were charged 200 TL, for water and coffees. I would not have had a problem with these charges had I known we were going to be charged for them.. For example, who charges extra for coffee at breakfast? None of our other hotels did... The server at the Cafe never informed us when we asked for coffee or showed a menu with prices mentioned. 2nd, like most hotels, they offered 2 complimentary water bottles every day, but they gave us water with one of the bottles cap seal broken, we asked for it to be replaced, we were asked if we wanted a small bottle or big one. We said if big is possible that would be great... At no point were we informed that we would be charged for that water. When I complained to the owner he said we were informed of everything at check-in (unfortunately this is not true). Again it's the withholding of information that annoyed us. Also they should invest in blackout blinds, the light in the morning is very bright, so you need an eye mask and ear plugs (because party scene goes on late in alaçatı) The rooms are really small. Bathroom sliding door was janky, did not slide close easily, it had to be lifted to close

I would 100% recommend staying here.

Excellent breakfast. Beautiful hotel, great location, in a relatively quiet area but yet very close to the center. Berk and his staff always go above and beyond in customer service. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Wonderful moments!

It's a dream location! The whole property is an oasis of peace, good taste, spotless cleanliness, very friendly staff. The layout is tasteful and makes you feel like a king. Good, tasty breakfast with genuine products. The location it's few steps close to the main attractions, good restaurant, bar and shops. Free parking just in front of the location. Stayng to KOSE it is time You will never regret!

Wonderful experience

The pool, breakfast, room and staff were amazing. The hotel was in general, stunning, and the generous sized Turkish breakfast every morning was delicious. The hospitality of the staff made this place really special, catering to every request! It’s also a short walk away from any of the top restaurants in Alacati, as well as being 2 mins from a Carrefour supermarket.

Cozy stay in Alaçatı

The hotel is in a central location, amazing ambiance both in common areas and rooms, fantastic breakfast and there’s also afternoon snacks on the house by the pool. Staff is superb. Rooms are very clean and comfy.

Not the property itself, but the noise pollution in Alaçatı makes it impossible to rest before 1am, when music has to stop according to current law in Turkey. Rooms are rather small, and you can also hear other rooms/lobby noise.

The accomodation is great. Due to the clean room and Beautiful Swimmingpool Area and the great Hotel Staff we could enjoy our stay and felt very comfortable.

Highly recommend

This is a lovely property. The owner and his mother are such lovely people. The room.was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as was the afternoon tea and cake. Lovely location in Alacati. Highly recommend

overall we were super happy with this property and we will definitely come back!

very well run family business, in a very good location, with a lot of details all over the property. great olive, lemon trees etc. inside the backyard. the location is in walking distance to the historical center of Alacati and the weekly market on Saturdays is basically in front of the door! rooms are nicely decorated and the furniture is good, mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. the Turkish breakfast they serve is massive and delicious! we enjoyed it every morning. the pastry which they serve during breakfast changes every morning and is homemade! employees are very nice. the whole staff is very friendly and assisting with every request. even recommendations for daytrips and activities nearby were perfect. especially Oguz (who works during the night shift) helped out a lot, particularly when our friend got sick!! A big thank you to Oguz!! Oguz, keep up your great and positive energy! overall we were super happy with this property and we will definitely come back!
