Abbiamo soggiornato all'Ocean Bird & Wanita's Self Catering per quattro notti a inizio agosto e siamo rimasti assolutamente entusiasti: tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto!
La struttura è una carinissima casa indipendente, accessibile da un cancello privato e circondata da un giardino bellissimo e rilassante. La villetta si sviluppa su due piani e risulta spaziosa e accogliente. Al piano terra ci sono un soggiorno (dotato di ventilatore), un terrazzino esterno attrezzato con barbecue, divanetti e sdraio, e una cucina completa di tutti gli utensili, oltre a sale e olio (molto apprezzati per soggiorni brevi). Ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato anche un cesto di frutta fresca e due bottiglie d'acqua. Completano il piano terra una lavanderia e un bagno di servizio. Al piano superiore si trova la zona notte, con un letto molto comodo, un bagno con una doccia perfettamente funzionante, aria condizionata e un secondo terrazzo con sdraio. Gli asciugamani sono abbondanti e la pulizia di tutta la casa è risultata davvero perfetta.
Wanita, la proprietaria: la sua cordialità, gentilezza e disponibilità sono state semplicemente eccellenti. Essendo fortunatamente liberi da prenotazioni per il giorno successivo, ci ha persino permesso di rimanere in struttura fino a sera senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, un gesto di una generosità rara.
La posizione è ottima, strategica sia per raggiungere comodamente l'aeroporto sia per esplorare l'isola con l'auto a noleggio. Direttamente sotto casa si trovano due mini-market, e a pochi minuti diversi ristoranti e take-away. È una sistemazione che consigliamo a occhi chiusi a chiunque cerchi indipendenza, comfort e calore umano!
Nulla da segnalare: L'esperienza è stata impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista, dalla pulizia alla straordinaria flessibilità e gentilezza dell'host.

Wanita cuidó cada detalle y todo estaba perfecto. Pasamos nuestra noche de bodas allí y nos hizo un detalle muy bonito en la habitación. Es un 10/10

C’était un logement spacieux, une très grande chambre avec un premier étage, très bien équipé avec un petit parking en face une petite douchette avant d’entrer dans le logement pour éviter de mettre du sablé partout et un balcon, une terrasse avec une belle vue !

We stayed here as a couple and absolutely loved it! This is the kind of place where you come not just to spend the night, but to experience true Seychelles comfort and care. Believe us, we have something to compare it to; we've since rented three more different accommodations and haven't found such comfortable conditions anywhere else 🤗
Ocean Bird & Wanita's Self Catering is a very warm, well-maintained, and welcoming guesthouse. Everything is clean, neat, and thoughtfully designed, and you can tell the owners treat their home with love and care for their guests. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and the atmosphere is truly homey.
Most importantly, the entire two-story house is yours to use, and the second floor offers a stunning view of the ocean.
Next to the house, in a magnificent garden, lives a real turtle and grows delicious mangoes, which the kind hostess always treated us to.
The hotel's location is very convenient. A shop and a bus stop are a three-minute walk away.
You can take the bus just one stop and find yourself at Ance Ferryland Beach, a beautiful and swimmable beach.
The hotel itself is located in the southern part of the island.
It's less noisy, and the most popular beaches are a short walk away.
I'd like to extend a special thank you to the hostess, Wanita. She's incredibly kind, open, and welcoming! From the moment you arrive, you feel like a welcome guest, not a tourist. She's always ready to help, offer advice, recommend the best beaches, cafes, and routes, help you rent a car, and organize excursions, all with sincerity, warmth, and a smile. It's people like this that make a vacation truly unforgettable.
If you're looking for a place with soul, tranquility, comfort, and true Seychellois hospitality, Ocean Bird & Wanita's Self Catering is definitely worth your attention.
Unfortunately or fortunately, there are no and will not be any disadvantages!
