We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend this apartment.
The location was fantastic - tucked away in a lovely, quiet part of Venice, but only a couple of minutes’ walk from the Riva de Biasio vaporetto stop and very close to beautiful Campo San Giacomo dell’Orio, where there is a local shop, bakery, gelateria and some lovely restaurants. It felt much more like staying in a real Venetian neighbourhood than in a busy tourist area, which we loved.
One of my favourite memories was the violin player in the courtyard outside the apartment in the mornings. It was just beautiful and so atmospheric - he would play Just One Cornetto every time a gondola went past! Standing on the lovely balcony with a coffee, listening to the music and soaking up the atmosphere below, was really special.
The apartment itself was superb - spotlessly clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and genuinely felt like a home from home. It had everything we needed for a fabulous stay.
Luke met us at the Riva de Biasio vaporetto stop and walked us to the apartment, which was incredibly helpful as I’m not sure we would have found it quite so easily ourselves - Google Maps and Venice are not always the best combination! He was very friendly and helpful and even gave us some coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and we really appreciated the early check in.
In fact, the family were so comfortable relaxing on the sofa with the Wi-Fi and YouTube on the TV that at times it was an effort dragging them back out to explore Venice!
A wonderful apartment in a beautiful, peaceful and authentic part of Venice. It is very rare that I would choose to stay in exactly the same accommodation again when returning somewhere, but I would absolutely stay here again. We will definitely be back!

świetna lokalizacja, cicha i spokojna część Wenecji ale 3 min od przystanku tramwaju wodnego oraz kilka minut od najważniejszych atrakcji.
bardzo konkretny i pomocny przedstawiciel apartamentu, Amir. pomagał we wszystkim od wycieczek po wodne taxi na lotnisko
w tej cenie brakowało drobnych udogodnień, m.in.: papierowy ręcznik, płyn do czyszczenia w sprayu - nie ma czym przetrzeć stół po zjedzeniu śniadania. ilość zapasu kawy do ekspresu, trudna do skomentowania - 3 kapsułki.

I stay all around the world at apartments and I have to say this one was incredible! Very large & spacious especially for Europe. Clean and decorated pretty and simple….pictures are accurate. If you take a private water taxi it will drop you off right across from the apartment for about $160. We took the orange line from the airport for much less and it was so easy and a very short walk (maybe 5 minutes) from the apartment- the host will meet you at the dock. Loved the quiet neighborhood away from all the tourists. A square nearby had free concerts every night we were there with a huge cookout. Has air conditioning but it doesn’t get cool like in the US. Would definitely stay here again!!
The shower was n the second bedroom is tiny!! Usable but very small!! Not a deal breaker! Also elevator wasn’t working but we didn’t need because it’s only on the second floor.

Classy and luxury feel of the apartment, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Host is responsive, attended and resolved problems swiftly. The little gesture to cool down the apartment before we check in is very warming and appreciated.
Shower head water pressure of the common toilet is underwhelming. all 4 of us ended up showering at the ensuite bedroom toilet.
