Wir würden wieder kommen, es war schön in allem :-)

Frühstück und Pool

Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber. Bettwäsche befleckt, viel Staub auf Möbeln , Dusch Vorhänge heruntergekommen und dreckig , jabs sah allgemein nicht sehr geputzt aus

ราคา สภาพ บริการ คุ้มเงินที่จ่าย ในพัทยา ถ้าไม่คาดหวังสูง ในราคานี้ เข้าพักได้เลย

อาหารเช้ารวมค่าที่พัก ถือว่าถูกในพัทยา คุ้มค่าที่จ่าย พนักงานที่ฟร้อนดี ที่จอดรถพอเพียง แต่ถนนทางเข้า โรงแรมไม่ดีขรุขระมาก

แอร์ไม่เย็น โดยเฉพาะตอนบ่าย กลางวันอยู่ห้องไม่ได้เลย ต้องติดฟิมล์กรองแสงเซรามิกที่กระจกช่วยลดความร้อนจากแสงแดด ต้องวางเตียงในตำแหน่งให้แอร์ตกลงบนเตียงโดยตรง จึงจะทุเลาได้

Хорошее место для недлительного пребывания

Вежливый персонал, удобное расположение, тихое место и близость пляжа/рынка/баров Завтраки с вкусной тайской едой , хоть и однообразные. Мне понравилось) арбуз/тосты тоже есть

Немного старое всё и пошарпанное, но для этого ценника ок. Бассейн был плох совсем.

A hidden gem in Jomtien

This hotel is ideally located a few meters away from the Jomtien beach and from the bus station to Bangkok Airport. The 10-baht songthaew stops just on the main road and can take you you to any direction. There is a nice restaurant, a cosy little cafe in the hotel and a 7-11 market 30m away. The staff is friendly and can help you with anything. The biggest plus for me is that I can pay with credit card without extra charges. The breakfast is good, including toast, butter, jam, juice, milk, tea, coffee and one can choose from 5 - 6 type of breakfast plates (Thai, American, English etc) and yes, eggs are on the menu. About the rooms, they are spacious studios and comfortable for a lonely traveler or a couple. Fridge with daily replenish of water is included. All the rooms have a balcony to chill during the evening. Wifi is ok I had no problem connecting in the room or lobby. The laundry service offered by the hotel,with extra charge, is reasonably priced and the clothes smell nice.

The rooms are under renovation so in some the bathroom is old. The smell in the bathroom coming from the sink has to be dealt somehow. The swimming pool is nice but shallow, the tiles have to be replaced to achieve a better hygiene.

Over Tourism in Pattaya

Nothing to like really, the trainee on the front desk was a happy fellow.

The reception person asked us to cancel and he would be happy, we stayed 01 night since cancellation would cost 01 night, since it's a long stay place many Russian Tourists stay for long time, breakfast was poor quality, Aircon was very noisy all night.

Всё понравилось. Отличное расположение , пляж в 3 минутах хотьбы. Шум улицы не мешает, бассейн хороший.

1. Breakfast optional is little, but it is ok

1. I was given room 611 as the first option, but there is no hot water for shower. And water pressure is very low. The engineer checked and says all the room are the same. There is no way to improve. I have to complain to booking. After 1 hour waiting, they agree to change the room 2. I was given room 515 as the second option. Now this time, hot water is coming, but it's either too hot or too cold. Never mind, it's better than nothing. However, this time the room has a very strong smell from Toilet. No matter I ventilated for two days, it smells the same. 3. Swimming pool is not well maintained. There are a lot trash and sands at the bottom of the pool. 4. I booked this place mainly based on the comments. Later I found the rooms on 4th floor could be much better than other floors. This could be one of the reason why comments are giving so different experience

Convenient, quiet location. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast!

Convenient location - not beachfront but accessible (walking distance) to most places - bars, 711, beach, restaurants, main road, massage. Not a busy area; it's quiet, so you can really have a staycation vibe. Amenities - pool, parking, elevator, comfy waiting area/lounge, ref in room, TV with lots of channels, spacious rooms, balcony overlooking the horizon (I got a view of the sea on the 6th floor!). Breakfast - very good, especially the ones they prepared on weekends. Staff are friendly - I arrived early and they let me do an early check-in. The cleaning lady is very friendly, too.

Not much although there were occasional ants. Hard to control shower temp. These are not big deals, though.

I don't think I can recommend my friends to stay there.

Only the parking area was spacious

Bathroom especially the bath area was badly constructed so much so that the whole bathroom was wet after a bath. The television didn't work well. The bed head is dirty and I could feel the spring on the mattress. We borrowed a boiling kettle and the reception gave me one which was dirty as well.

Really nice, friendly and good hotel

Hotel organized super easy transfer from the airport to the hotel. It was our third time in the hotel-it has changed a lot and I can say that it was the first time ever when new updated rooms looked exactly like in photos and even better! We had one lux and two simple rooms-even simple rooms had space, armchairs, coffe tables, flowers, room's parfumes, etc. Hotel is in a very good location-near the sea, shops, night markets, also has parking area so it is always easy to grab bolt and go anywhere farther. Stuff of hotel is very friendly and has a really good memory :) price and quality of the hotel are also very good! all in all-we had a great time and hope to come here again for the 4th time:)

The only thing - beds were a little bit too hard, but this is just a personal thought as I like softer beds :)

Not a great selection for breakfast but what there was it was nice. It’s better for long stays really and then it’s very good value
