For our first time in Taipei we could not have picked a better stay! Location was within a few minutes of Daan Park station, connecting us to everywhere we wanted to visit in the city. The room was very clean, modern and cosy and had a cool view from our window. We didn't get breakfast but on the bottom floor they had free coffee, tea, water and juice available all day + free ice cream as a bonus!

Loved this hotel- the spacious and airy room with great views, the fantastic bathroom, the rooftop bar and the excellent breakfast. All were superb. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The location was very convenient and very close to one of the main metro line. The staff were lovely and hospitable. The room and the bathroom were very spacious. We had a balcony and used it several times in the evening for sipping soothing complimentary tea. The hotel serves afternoon tea to their guests and they have an interesting tea and dessert menu which I adored. We were very pleased with our stay. If we come back to Taipei, I will definitely stay there once more!
I only give a small advice maybe: Because we stayed for a week, I would love to have more wardobe space I could settle in to feel much more like a home. And maybe one small couch for relaxing or sitting makes the room even cozier since it already has the space.

Nice room, good food, nice staff
Reason why I downgraded my rating a lot: the NOISE!
There is no insulation in the rooms, and I regret to not have read more comments before.
In fact they are hidden by the flow of the good comments (deserved) for the rest, but if you are peculiar about sleep, don't go!
People were showering in rooms above us, I thought water was flowing in our room.
As for people walking in the corridor or just speaking outside the room, it's as if the door was open!
