i got a very nice unit. clean, appropriate, and no bad smell at all. the toilet also great as i always picky about toilet. have a fridge, microwave, and stove. very practical. me and my family really love this unit. soon might repeat at the same unit if possible. therefore, it’s very close with gerbang malam as we can walk through it ^^

Size of the unit.
Good high level open view
Full kitchen set (although not used) as the location is near good eateries.
Bed sheets had some dirty marks.
Fridge was not clean. Need to do simple cleaning ourselves.
Bathrooms could be improved.
Hallway and lobby could be improved.
Not full set of toiletries. Only shampoo, conditioner and body wash were available.
Whole street of funeral service shops in a nearby street that may scare some people.

The location is central. Walkable to many good eating places
In the 2 bedroom apartment, there were only 2 cups and 1 glass for 4 pax.
The fittings were falling off.
There was a huge cockroach on our first night.
Corridor a bit dim.
There was a sound throughout the night like water running along pipes or a persistent knocking sound. Could not sleep well for the 2 nights I booked.
