The location, the staff service and the place in general was good.
The pillows. Also, there was not enough bath gel or soap. There were some insects on the floor.

Muy buena ubicación, limpio y cómodo
Hubo mucha presión a la hora de la limpieza, aún cuando la salida era para otro día. Entendemos que la persona probablemente tiene un horario establecido, el tema es que si uno NO tiene su salida, a veces quiere disfrutar un poco más en la habitación

The rates a affordable, and the location places it close to a hospital, supermarket, and shopping mall, as well as good local cuisine restaurants.
Some of the staff wasn't as friendly as expected. The hotel closes during holidays, so call on advance.
