Our host Monica was very welcoming and very helpful. We arrived on Easter Monday evening with local restaurants shut. Monica gave us a tasty meal with wine, so kind, we were delighted! She also ordered a taxi for us when we left.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could want with the exception of some kitchen utensils for cooking and an electric jug. The bed was the best we have experienced so far in Italy as were the pillows. The lounge was comfortable and great air con.

We had no water for a night and had no information why. We were unable to flush the toilet, wash, shower or even clean our teeth. Although the apartment has almost everything one could want or need, there is no information or reading matter in English. There were lots of books in other languages but no tourist information or map was available. It was difficult checking in because the owner did not turn up as arranged and sent his mother downstairs to greet us and communicating with her was difficult. We had no idea where to leave keys when we left as the owner still hadn't communicated with us during our three day stay.
