The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. The apartment was also very clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the lovely snow view from the window. The customer service was excellent—whenever we had a question or needed assistance, the staff responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The apartment didn't have a lift, which was quite challenging after a day of skiing, especially having to climb several flights of stairs while wearing ski boots.
The heating in the entry/mud room wasn't very strong, making it a bit difficult to warm up and dry snow gears.
The fridge seemed to be set too cold—even food stored in the fridge compartment froze.
We booked the apartment for 9 guests, but there were only 8 dining chairs provided. The staff brought us an extra chair after we asked, which we appreciated, but this could have been prepared before our arrival.
Only 4 coffee capsules were provided for our group of 9 guests, and this remained the same even after we asked for more. There were several kitchen knives available, but one of them was broken. The amount of kitchen paper provided was also insufficient for a larger group.
The bathroom door on the ground floor would come off its track every time it was opened. We had to manually put it back in place each time, which was inconvenient and could potentially be a safety concern.

The property itself was really nice and is located in a grear location near the eagle express chair lift.
Heating in 2 of the bedrooms upstairs didnt work which was poor for a location in the snow. Extractor fans in the downstairs bathroom and laundry also didnt work.

Good space for the whole family including 3 toilets; good kitchen facilities with 2 fridges; comfortable beds/pillows; large base storage which is very convenient for prior check-in and post checkout.
Top floor with lovely view but a bit tricky carrying all luggages to the apartment with out lift on the first day (good exercise though :)
