Apartment is very LARGE (we used only the bottom part of it) Very well furnished and kitchen area has everything you need to cook for yourself if you chose to. Mini marts and small eateries near by . BUT: be aware: Location is in a poor/densely populated area with all the noises of village life.=roosters/many barking dogs/steep shortcut walkways.=Bring earplugs.=
The wall of one bed room and the common passage way to other guest rooms is only made of GLASS. =Sometime in-considered noisy guests and light sensitive passage lights coming on often can be very bad=

The place itself is huge and cozy for a family stay. It could accommodate twice the number of our group (2 families of 3 plus a common friend) . It is not "cheap" but it is inexpensive, so to speak. Worth coming back to Baguio and stay in this very same place.
For me, a senior, I found it difficult to walk to and from the place because of its topography. Although it's easy to find taxis going to the place, leaving from it's location is not easy to wait for transport (taxi) if one is in a hurry. A foot trail is available though, to get to a common thoroughfare where taxis are available.

Affordable stay. Plenty of bedrooms. Close to a lot of tourist attractions.
This was our third time staying at Affordable Baguio, and we’ve always had good experiences before, which is why we came back. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing.
There was a mix-up at check-in where another group was placed in our unit, causing about an hour delay. The unit also wasn’t as clean as expected—we saw roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. The washer was listed as an amenity but wasn’t working when we needed it, and there were leaks in the master’s bathroom (shower and sink).
We still like the location and have had positive stays in the past, but we hope these issues are addressed moving forward.
