Desrespeito aos hóspedes

Localização

No final de semana 26 a 28/06 estava acontecendo uma festa no sábado dada pelo proprietário (que participava) com som altíssimo até as 4h da manhã, que só parou após eu solicitar duas vezes a primeira as 2h e a segunda as 3h. Chuveiro a gás quebrado onde foi improvisado um elétrico que ficava desarmando o disjuntor. Hidromassagem da piscina quebrada, wi-fi inoperante, frigobar com borracha de vedação solta impedindo o seu bom funcionamento. Quarto não tem uma arara para colocar roupa, disposição da cama ao contrário da tv e colchão mui mole. A pousada foi ampliada, mas a área de café da manhã não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes quando está lotada. Os problemas aqui relatados quando questionados aos funcionários foi informado que era de conhecimento do proprietário. Pousada com valor acima da média local onde havia escolhido para repousar com minha família e meus pais de 80 anos e conforte relatei foi a última coisa que não consegui fazer. Total desrespeito com os hóspedes, primeira e última vez! Não recomendo!
