Trish is a friendly and very accommodating host. The house is spacious yet cosy in a fab location with everything you need. Very private. It was a perfect base for touring and also a lovely spot to chill on quiet days and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and scenery.

This was a self-contained house and we managed all of own meals. Owner Trisha, however, thoughtfully provided some essentials to start us off -eggs, milk, cereal, bread, butter, jam, little treats and more. So much appreciated! The house itself was spotless, comfortable, with spectacular views from every window, and lots of interior privacy with spacious rooms.
Two very small suggestions: some of the interior doorknobs are extremely hard to turn and could present a hazard in an emergency situation. Also it would be helpful to have written instructions for the appliances. In every other way, this is a perfect property with privacy, magnificent views, lovely local walks including to the charming town of Kilfenora, and a central location for the beauties of County Clare.
