The owner was very approachable and the facilities were good.
There was a cctv at the door but this also was next to the shower room. However we were told this is only for the caretaker of the room.

Our Stay was very good. Unit was clean. We checked in early and it saved our precious time.Unit had everything, which you need to cook. Bathroom was clean, bed linen was clean. Everything was perfect. Will choose this stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The security deposit was returned promptly at check-out.
I was only informed after arriving that I had to pay an additional PHP 300 late check-in fee. The exact amount was not disclosed on the property page or before payment, which made the check-in experience frustrating.
