Ruídos após 22h.
Por mais que o funcionário pedisse para diminuir os ruídos, os hóspedes não colaboraram.
A resposta quanto ao transporte para o aeroporto não foi clara; perguntei se o transporte era cortesia e a moça simplesmente pediu o transporte, sem me responder.

Fiquei 4 dias e não teve arrumação do quarto, troca de toalhas ou roupa de cama. Faltou uma saia na cama box, o tecido da base da cama estava sujo, manchado. Dando a sensação de falta de higiene. Uma das noites estava impossível dormir com um barulho de máquina muito alto e no dia seguinte procurei saber o que houve e parece q era o ar condicionado do quarto de cima. Se já sabiam pq não arrumaram?
