Very nice staff. The guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful, the cleaning lady was very friendly and asked about our comfort, letting us know in case we needed extra towels or anything she could offer. The room itself is modest.. but was very clean..for the price we paid, you can't ask for more. The bed was comfortable and cozy.
Everything was ok for the price. You can't expect luxury at 40 ..50 euros per night.

The rooms are quite immense! The hallways are impressive, feels like you're staying overnight in a castle.
Whatever else you do, you HAVE to try the restaurant! We stayed during a winter storm and they were a bit understaffed, but everyone was great and the food was amazing every single day? We didn't eat anywhere else after we tried the restaurant the first time.

Friendly people, good restaurant, nice old building.
Internet was not working, the room was very crammed and the bathroom needs serious renovation. The grout is dirty and it is impossible to have a shower without flooding the shower room.
