And finally a beautiful terrace with EMU table equipped with armchairs for 4 people. The terrace overlooking the sea offers a wide panorama and the possibility to dine by candlelight, enjoying a unique and breathtaking show immersed in a "magical" atmosphere. The lights of Marzamemi refracting on the water and the transit of the fishermen's boats create a postcard setting. The house is located in a unique position for external convenience, in fact it has a private passage to the sea for swimming under the house, and the proximity of the historic center which can be reached with a walk. Interesting detail for those who do not want to use the car every day. In the center there are supermarkets, parapharmacy, tobacconists, newsagents, sale of fish products, souvenir shops, typical trattorias, pizzerias, bars, shops that sell delicious local products such as tuna and swordfish caught and processed on the spot, then the famous cherry tomatoes. fresh and dried cherry tomatoes, etc. Near the house there is a yacht club where they organize wonderful boat excursions. Marzamemi, reachable directly on foot from the house, is a village where the ancient maritime traditions are still very much alive. Only recently has Marzamemi become a popular destination for Italians and many foreigners who love the combination of natural beaches and the vitality of an authentic coastal village which boasts 5 clean sea sails every year. It is also an excellent base for visiting the beautiful Vendicari Natural Park-Reserve, the splendid pristine beaches of Eloro, Calamosche and Marianelli, and then the prehistoric caves of Pantalica, the Cava Grande Nature Reserve, the island of Portopalo in Capo Passero, the island of the Currents (which is the extreme south of Europe, is located further south of Tunis), San Lorenzo, which is located 2 km north of Marzamemi, marks the beginning of one of the most beautiful stretches of the Sicilian coast. Here the coast is characterized by golden sandy beaches, turquoise sea, and white limestone rocks. It is also a real oasis of rest and tranquility for a wide variety of birds, and borders the Vendicari nature reserve. Here you will find a great variety of Mediterranean flora and fauna, exotic beaches, and Byzantine ruins. The apartment is lovely. Clean and stocked with necessities.
Calming views. Close to a small fishing village.
The only problem is the hot water tank. Very difficult for two people to shower back to back, not enough hot water.

- schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Auto erforderlich nach meiner Meinung)

Tolles Appartement mit unglaublichem Ausblick
Dieses Apartment ist jeden Euro wert! Alles super gepflegt und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und auch vom Wohnzimmer mit den großen Fenstern direkt aufs Meer ist einmalig. Alfina, die Vermieterin, ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine wirkliche schöne Zeit. Der Ort eignet sich auch super für weitere Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Es gibt ebenso viele schöne Strände in der Nähe. Ein Muss - morgens über den eigenen Zugang zum Meer direkt eine Runde in der Sonne schwimmen :) wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

La casa è deliziosa, esattamente come sulle foto. Curata nei dettagli, con buon gusto, non è la solita casa vacanze dove si portano mobili dismessi ed arrangiati. Già questo è un piacere, senza parlare del panorama bellissimo che si gode dalla veranda dove si può mangiare piacevolmente. La proprietaria sig Alfina , gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha dato indicazioni preziose Su spiagge e ristoranti. Consigliamo a tutti questa bellissima sistemazione e speriamo di tornare il prossimo anno

Bellissima casa
L'appartamento è ottimo, pulito e sopratutto sul mare. Alfina gentile e disponibile. Un mare meraviglioso sotto casa dove fare nuotate stupende.
Siamo stati benissimo con escursioni facili giornaliere ed anche serate in paese. Unico difetto la musica che si sentiva quasi ogni sera fino a tardi.

Un très bel appartement avec une vue extraordinaire et une très belle terrasse. L'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Une impression d'être dans la mer…. Tout est très pratique et bien conçu. Et Alfina est charmante.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum! Alles rundum war einfach perfekt. Alfina und ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich und haben uns mit offenen Armen empfangen. Sie haben uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben und sich hervorragend um uns bemüht. Eine spontane Einladung zum angeln und segeln war die Krönung des Ganzen.
Marzamemi an sich ist ein magischer Ort. Ein kleines süßes Fischerdörfchen, direkt am Meer und herrliche Strände drumherum.
Wir waren sehr glücklich, hier unsere verspäteten Sommerferien verbringen zu dürfen und würden es jederzeit wieder tun.
Es war traumhaft und wir können uns nur nochmals bedanken. Rundum genial.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt am Meer
Die Vorzüge der Ferienwohnung wurden bereits in vielen Bewertun-gen gelobt. Unsere Einschätzung:
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, direkt am Meer. Vor der Wohnung sind Liegen und man kann baden.
Die „City“ von Marzamemi ist zu Fuß in gut fünf Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet.
Abends sitzt man sehr schön auf der überdachten Terrasse.
Marzamemi ist ein schöner, charaktervoller Ort mit einer guten Gastronomie.
Anfang September war der Ort abends noch sehr gut besucht, tagsüber waren die gepflegten Strandbäder eher von wenigen Badegästen frequentiert.
Wenn man die vielen großen, im September leeren, Strandbäder sieht, freut man sich, nicht Juli/August in Marzamemi zu sein.
Alles im allen, ein erholsamer Strandurlaub.

Appartamento strategicamente perfetto
La casa è quanto di meglio ci si possa aspettare: spaziosa, luminosa, fresca, con splendide vetrate a tutta altezza che regalano una vista mozzafiato sul mare (splendida l'alba) e su Marzamemi (affascinante la sera).
Il mare e la scogliera, pressoché privata, sono accessibili direttamente dalla casa e a disposizione troverete lettini e doccia esterna.
Proprietaria gentilissima e discreta che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa propria.
Consiglio l'uso di scarpette da scoglio e di materassini per godere tutto il giorno del mare davanti casa che sembra una grande piscina

Un'accoglienza in una terra calda che sa raccontare , dal profondo del mare , in un'atmosfera magica ! L'ospitalità di Alfina e della sua famiglia, in una casa superlativa , dove puoi vivere il tuo soggiorno nella pienezza delle aspettative !
Una casa moderna , superlativa , piena di ogni comfort, con una terrazza mozzafiato direttamente sul mare, e grazie alle sue ampie vetrate la luminosità è un'abbraccio verso l'azzurro ! Alzarsi di buona mattina per riprendere le immagini di un'alba con le barche dei pescatori che sfiorano il sole che sale nell'orizzonte, in un colore indescrivibile nel gioco dell'acqua ! Bagliori che incantano, nello sfondo Marzamemi, il borgo che oggi scoppietta di trattorie e locande profumate, ieri luoghi di tanti pescatori che raccontano ancora oggi le storie di vita vissuta !!!

Alfina was present when we eventually arrived (keep her posted on your whereabouts after arriving at the airport) and explained how everything worked. Alfina and her family were very welcoming and coped with our limited Italian very well. Parking is easy in the street in front of the apartment entry. Be aware the main road from town is one-way which our sat-nav did not pick up.
The slightly negative aspects are the absence of wifi (so make sure you have lots of data available on your phone) and a shower that struggles to provide an adequate flow of water of any temperature.
Marzememi does not have many shops providing basic food supplies but a bread van comes round every morning. Super markets are located just 5 minutes drive away in Pachino.
We had a great time here and in the surrounding towns and thoroughly recommend staying here if you can.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock unmittelbar am Meer. Vom Wohn- und Essbereich gibt es auch vom Innern der Wohnung eine tolle Sicht auf das Meer - Sonnenaufgang inklusive. Auf der Terrasse befindet man sich unmittelbar über dem Meer. Die Distanz zwischen Hausmauer und Meer beträgt rund 20m. Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. WLAN gibt es nicht. Grosszügiger Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Im Wohnbereich befinden sich zwei Klimaanlagen, übrige in den Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Gehdistanz zum Dorfzentrum (10 Minuten). Im Zentrum des Dorfes gibt es eine tolle Piazza mit vielen Restaurants in jeder Preisklasse. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank Alfina.
