Everything was wonderful, very professional and nice staff, nice location, it’s a hidden gem. The food is very nice and can pleasantly surprise, almost everything what you can imagine is there.
Dishes might be rotating and more variety for grill.

The evening entertainment was excellent, staff were very helpful and polite, breakfast and lunch also great and hotel location is great, just under mountains which makes climate pleasant. And finally the hotel has fantastic à la carte restaurant.
There are few things which has to be improved. First is food variety, especially dinner, there are too many flies in dining room and main building is old and needs to be more attractive.

- Вполне достойный и разнообразный выбор напитков в барах (в основном местного производства, но приличного качества)
- Ежедневная уборка со сменой белья, полотенец, и пополнением минибара (речь не только о воде)
- Просторные номера и большой балкон
- Красивый вид на сад и горы (стандартный номер с двухместной / двумя одноместными кроватями).
Перед тем как выбрать отель, я прочитал много отзывов, и часто встречал такое: "отель староват, требует реновации, однако заметно, что его стараются поддерживать в достойном виде...". Абсолютно с этим мнением согласен. Действительно, видно, что несмотря на косметические недостатки, персонал старается поддерживать чистоту и порядок. Это похвально. Тем не менее ремонт отелю необходим.
Но есть две вещи, которые сразу отмечаешь. Во-первых, это очень доброжелательный персонал. Ни разу мы не столкнулись с равнодушием или невнимательностью. Все (абсолютно все!) от уборщиков до официантов и менеджеров улыбчивы, радушны и действительно стремятся помочь.
И второе - отличный wi-fi, который одинаково хорошо работал на всей территории отеля, и даже на пляже!!! Такое качество беспроводного интернета редкость, не только для турецких отелей.
Были конечно и недостатки, куда же без них. Об этом ниже
Запах канализации в ванной. Не сильный, но постоянный
Нерабочий кондиционер. Шумит, но не охлаждает
Освещение в номере, на мой взгляд, недостаточное
Крайне неудобый платяной шкаф из-за того, что вешалки располагаются не по ширине шкафа (вдоль дверок), а вглубь.

really beautiful hotel. Nice rooms.
Too loudly and staff doesn’t speak English very well. The food was average and staff didn’t serve very well. Guests were mostly russian , they area loudly and dirty.
