About this condo rental
Nestled in Tangier, this lovely condo for $51 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Modern apartment on the cornice in secure residence with roof terrace (view of the Strait of Gibraltar). You can enjoy the swimming pool of the residence (open from 10h to 20h) in summer. A lifeguard is present during opening hours. You will appreciate its location, close to all the shops and restaurants. It is located 30 meters from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the city center. Ideal to visit Tangier without having to get a car! Broadband internet connection, international TV channels. Our accommodation is composed of: - a master suite with bathroom (bath and toilet), large storage cupboards and access to the balcony - a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom (bath and toilet) - an open kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, juicer...) - a dining area - a comfortable living room with TV and access to the balcony - a balcony With its two bathrooms, our apartment is suitable for both a family holiday and a stay with friends. Access of travelers You will have access to the roof terrace with gardens of the building. Enjoy magnificent views of the Bay of Tangier! Depending on the time of your stay, you will also have access to the pool of the residence. the neighborhood Apartment located close to the beach and close to shops and restaurant. A grocery store is at the bottom of the building. Tanger City Mall is a 5-minute walk away and Ibn Batouta Shopping Mall is a 3-minute walk away. transport network The train station is located 5 minutes walk. Frequent passage down the building of small taxi (for short distances) or big taxi (to get out of the city). To facilitate your visit, we can pick you up at the airport (20 €). We will have to communicate the information of the flight. Ideal for families with children, an umbrella bed and a stroller cane are available in the apartment. A carnival is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Pleasant apartment in a perfect location. Reasonably clean and comfortable but could use a little love. Shutters in bedroom and a shower head were broken and a sink didn't drain. There were no dish towels or bathmats. The host was very helpful and responsive to our requests though, bringing us a coffeemaker when queried , so we enjoyed our stay

There were spiderwebs on the ceiling. Bathroom floor had dirt and grime as well as the master bath. Paint was peeling from the walls. There was also some damp on the ceiling. Host was attentive and really helpful, the property it self requires maintenance.

EXPERIENCIA INCREÍBLE
El finde que pasamos va a ser inolvidable. El apartamento estaba genial, sobre todo nuestro anfitrión REDA. Nos recibió con mucha amabilidad, nos asesoró sobre qué hacer y nos puso en contacto con Karim, con quien hicimos un tour maravilloso y nada caro. Incluso hizo lo posible para venir al apartamento y configurarnos la TV para ver la final de la Champions. Un anfitrión de 10 y una ciudad de 10, como en casa. ¡Repetiremos! GRACIAS POR TODO :)

Great location
We rented this property during the Coronavirus shutdown. Our host was accommodating and kind. What a great location this is! The apartment is spacious and bright in a secure building with easy access to amenities. We can imagine what a wonderful spot this would be in different times. Will definitely return.

Upon arrival we first noticed the overall dirtiness. Several rugs/mats everywhere...all stained badly. Smelled of sewer due to the constant water back up and leaking in both bathrooms.
The fridge hadn't been cleaned in months, stained and smelly. Ditto, the dishes, drawers and cutlery. It took me 2.5 hours to clean.
So, now to sit and relax, right? The couch in the living room is completely broken in half and all of the living room furniture is cobbled together with covers, blankets and pillow. Don't believe the photos...the covers and furniture are all old and stained. The kitchen/dining room table and chairs looked o.k., until you actually sat down. Every single one of the chairs was broken, and flimsy, to the state that you couldn't really sit on them in case you ended up on the floor. We took 2 plastic chairs from the terrace and sat on them.
The terrace has a minimal view of the beach but a great view of the "illegal liquor store" & garbage skip (the smell!) downstairs, along with the underbelly of whores, beggars and purchasers coming and going all day and night. The noise is constant and deafening, car horns constantly, yelling, arguments. We had to keep all windows open due to no heat....no a/c.
Next to no lighting in the apartment, missing lightbulbs and when we tried to buy and change one, it shorted out and blew up in our hands...obvious electrical issues, as that is why the heat/a/c was not available as well.
No locks on patio doors or windows...seems safe in a next to abandoned building in Morocco.
Heavy construction on 3 buildings across the street, 7 days a week, starting at 7am.
1 elevator worked, part time. Hallways in darkness. had to bring a flashlight at night.
Building is virtually abandoned so no upkeep is being done. However, there was a legal notice on the door that prostitution and drug use is being investigated in the building.
Rooftop terrace is a joke, full of dead plants, bags of soil to plant more, feces and urine.
Sink in master bath leaked, tub in 2nd bath as well, flooding the bathroom floors. Roaches all over the apartment at night, every time you turned the lights on. Burners on stove-only 1/2 worked.
We rented a car since parking was among the amenities....no parking! Had to pay a lot extra to park the car securely. Parking as an amenity should be freely provided.
Owner did not respond to our concerns-formal complaint was filed with VRBO and credit card. DO NOT RENT HERE! BEWARE! YOU'LL BE SORRY!

The view from the apartment patio is of a building undergoing construction, the beach is not readily seen, only one elevator out of three worked and clothes were left hanging on the rail of the stairwell as well. We only stayed one night of the three we had planned. We did receive a partial refund which was appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at the Appartment in the Corniche Area
The appartment is perfect for discovering the city of Tanger. It's well situated in a safe area and very close to the beach. From the balcony you can see the beach and the sea. Unfortunately there was just some construction work at a building opposite to the balcony which was a bit noisy. But at night it was very quiet. The appartment contains all you need in terms of infrastructure, clean bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen and a nice little living room. There was also a router installed which allowed to connect Smartphones and Computers to the internet via Wifi.
I hope to come to Tanger again and stay in the wonderful appartment of Rabia.

Situation très agréable mais logement décevant
Après bien des aléas dûs à une soi-disant utilisation frauduleuse de notre carte de crédit nous avons réussi à nous mettre d'accord avec la propriétaire. Elle est charmante, serviable et son représentant sur place également mais l'appartement nous a déçu, non par sa situation dans Tanger qui est parfaite, mais par le manque d'entretien des sanitaires, de l'immeuble en génèral. L'appartement est tristounet, sombre, aucun livre aucune chaine internationale...Nous avons quitté la location deux jours avant la fin de la location.

This place is right across the beach and walking distance to everything you need. The rooftop terrace is wonderful. I work from home and the internet is reliable during business hours.

The apartment is comfortable and perfectly placed - halfway between the older parts of the city and more modern conveniences. It's also across from the beach. Rebia did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and he was very responsive. I teach English online and the internet was great during working hours.

Cooking is a bit of a challenge with cooking rings which cook too fast or too slowly and are pretty impervious to the setting of the controls. The cooker also sometimes cause the fuse box to disjunct. No kitchen towel, no can opener, no large knife or spoon, no cover for the saucepans and only tool to stir is a large spoon with holes which comes off its handle .

Perfect stay in the city of Tangier

The property was clean and well managed. I loved the fact that the sea was just one minute away and that there was a supermarket just below to get all of the basic needs. Also the newly constructed Tangier Mall is just a block away.
The contact I had with Rabia and Thomas smooth and perfect: if I needed something they would answer within a matter of minutes.
Thanks for staying here and I hope to enjoy the apartment soon in the future.

Moderne, propre, idéalement situé , accueil très sympathique
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
L'appartement est idéalement situé, propre, avec tout le confort necessaire et correspond tout à fait à l'annonce.
L'accueil de Thomas fut sympathique. Il s'est montré très disponible et flexible à notre arrivée et à notre départ.

Very nice and clean appartment close to the sea
We spent a nice time in the appartment in Tanger. The appartment is in a quiet and safe area. It was clean but unfortunately there was a water leak from the upper bath room which I assume is fixed in the meantime. I personally liked the fact that the appartment is located directly at the sea and you even have seaview from the balcony.

Super appartement en bord de Méditerranée
Super appartement, avec le nécessaire et très propre.
De plus il est très bien situé : en face de la plage, de la corniche, proche de beaucoup de restaurants, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de train et d'un grand centre commercial. On peut même aller à pieds à la Médina et au centre ville.
Rabia est une hôte disponible que je recommande vivement.
Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour à Tanger, nous reviendrons !

Emplacement idéal et appartement très bien équipé
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Rabia. Il est très bien situé que ce soit pour aller à la plage (juste une rue à traverser) ou pour visiter Tanger. Nous avons quasiment tout fait à pieds. Il est à dix minutes à pieds d'un centre commercial avec un grand food court. Au niveau de l'appartement, il est dans un immeuble sécurisé et il est surtout très bien équipé. Nous y étions avec ma femme et mon bébé de quatre mois. Merci encore à Rabia pour sa compréhension et qui nous a remboursé la dernière nuit alors qu'elle n'y était pas obligé. J'espère que nous pourrons y retourner l'année prochaine.

Appartement impeccable, accueil chaleureux et amical de la part de l'agence.
Appartement idéal pour les familles, bien meublé et bien équipé et bien situé.
De plus nous avons pu quitter exceptionnellement à 16h l'appartement afin que nos 2 enfants puissent faire une sieste avant de partir ce qui n'aurait pas été le cas partout.
