The property is in a great location with several restaurants close by.
The two rooms are well appointed and open to a small balcony with views of the sea.
Bathroom and kitchen are very clean.
The approach is steep and the few flights of stairs to reach the flat pose a mobility risk for some.

Brilliant apartment, friendly and helpful host. Laundry machine, coffee machine, water boiler etc all useful. Clean. Beds of decent quality. Aircondition worked well. Fridge and freezer of good standard. Bathroom good. Host offered towels, beach towels, sugar, olive oil, shampoo , a few beers, some water ++ complementary.
Location good, close to restaurants in Monterosso, and 15 minutes walk to main beach and train station.
Nothing we did not like, however wifi could have been better.

Vincenzo was a terrific host. very accommodating. Has very helpful advice and explained how the appliances worked etc
The property is located high up towards the rear of the historical
centre. You need to navigate a steep slope to get to the front door. There is an elevator however access is restricted
