The owner is amazing. He met us when we arrived and made us feel at home right away. The room is a good size for a couple. They have it set up to feel like a home and not a hotel. The kitchen has everything you need, plus the owner provided some snacks to get us going. A few blocks walk to get into town was nice and easy. We appreciated that we didn't stay on the main street. It was peaceful here. They lit a fire each night for people to gather. They also provided great info on things to do in the area.
The room had a bit of a strong smell when we first arrived that we needed to air out. We opened the windows and it helped significantly. May have just been a cleaning solution that was used that we're not used to. The room was very clean!
