I especially liked how clean the hotel was. The ambient is very calm and the food is excellent. The staff was really nice and helpful. The pool was not full at all, the sauna area was nice and there was enough room for everyone.

The pools are really nice and relaxing in both hotels, water is warm and it is really nice if there are not so many people there.
Food is getting worse each year, 2 years ago vital had super dinners but this time not so much.
There are less and less gadgets in the rooms, Each year they deduct something, I was missing bed fresheners and air freshener this year and I had to ask for slippers, etc.
Staff is also getting less and less kind, they wont do anything extra for a person that needs some help, simply strictly by the rules.
