Great location and facilities, especially suitable for families with infants.
The bed was not very comfortable, as the mattress was a little too firm; there was no flexibility with late check-out, not even for an extra 30 minutes.

The breakfast
Not great hospitality. No one gave us a tour of the resort, room wasn’t cleaned until after 17:00 and after we asked twice. No turn down service. We asked for our stay to be extended and we had to wait to learn if we could have it. We were not given a room for early check in and that is ok but when we said we were going to chill by the pool until our room was ready and no one helped us find changing rooms or anything. The room was tired and looked old. The light switches for example looked very dirty around the edges which was not the case in Westin. Staff at breakfast looked like they did not want to be bothered when we asked for a table by the water.
