We stayed in a spacious suite with our family. There is no heater in the room and we felt a bit cold, but in Brazil is not that common to have heater even in cold cities. Location is safe and very central with malls, groceries, banks, supermarkets, cinemas, bars and restaurants. Very good breakfast too with a wonderful and helpful staff. We paid an extra fee to park our rental car in the hotel and they offer a very convenient valet service.
Bathroom could be a bit better in cleaning, specially in the shower area. Shower takes some min to have hot water and sometimes the volume of hot water was very low, despite the bathroom seems renovated.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the size of the room is really good. Beds are comfortable. Good location and the price was also really good.
I could not open the windows well, only a little. The windows are very tiny so due traffic can be noisy.

Location
Shower was not adequate, lack of cleanliness, breakfast stops at 10 for holidays is unacceptable, parking space is not good. Lack of parking space for short periods. The checking was way too long. AC did not work properly.
