Beautiful property, amazing food, so much to do. Wish we stayed longer. WiFi is not great unless you are in main lobby and rooms next to it thought.
Shower curtain had some mold and needed to be replaced

10/10 rating is under rated. Decor, view. Cleanliness, kind preparation of my to-go breakfast box due to my early flight. The hospitality provided makes my whole 2 days unforgettable 🥰.

This review is exclusively concerning the property. Please hear that if you are dining at the Michelin experience, then that makes up for all the negative qualities of the accommodation.
I liked the old style of the room, it was very rustic. The staff were super friendly.
The breakfast is worth over 50% the cost of the room, and that is an important factor to consider.
Maybe it is because we are English, but my wife and I both remarked that it felt like we were in a horror movie. First impressions are important, and long grass, pylons and smashed windows as you pull into the unkempt driveway is not ideal.
The soft furnishings need an update, and bedding was almost designed to look like something your grandmother would own.

Have stayed several times and found it exceptional. The location is beautiful and the rooms are individual and interesting.
I prefer the rooms in the main house. This time we were in the newly renovated stable building. It was very nice but less accessible. We stayed on a Monday so unfortunately the Michelin starred restaurant was closed.
