We had a lovely stay here and the staff were great,

The pool, restaurant and staff were exceptional, being right on what must be one of the loveliest beaches in Thailand.

The accommodation aspect of the resort is very lacking, certainly doesn’t reflect the 5 stars, holes in bedding and towels, poor cleaning standards and quite tatty decor.

Erholsame Aufenthalt für 5 Tage

Wunderschöne direkte Strandlage, leider etwas abseits gelegen (Bis Phuket ca. 1 Std mit Taxi.). Sehr gut zum Ausruhen und Entspannen. Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Die Zi. Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit, der Schreibtischstuhl und der Duschkopf waren katastrophal, aber wurde nach Hinweis sofort erledigt Danach haben wir auch um 2 Tage auf Grund der Fantastischen Strand den Aufenthalt verlängert.

Schönes ruhiges Resort mit Traumstrand!

Ein sehr schönes Resort mit tollem Pool, sehr gepflegter Anlage und atemberaubend schönen Strand! Wir hatten eine gut ausgestattete Maisonette mit großzügigem Platzangebot. Der Liegebereich am Strand bietet durch Palmen-/Baumbestand viel natürlichen Schatten. Auch das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut und vielfältig. Wir waren durch zahlreiche negative Rezensionen etwas skeptisch aber sehr positiv überrascht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Von den beiden Restaurants wurde eines renoviert und war geschlossen. Die Poolbar war nur selten besetzt - die servierten Cocktails waren auch im Restaurant nicht besonders und dafür relativ teuer. Da das Resort etwas abgeschieden liegt, hat man zwar viel Ruhe aber kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants in der Nähe (nur zwei in 200m und 800m Entfernung am Strand - die sind günstig und o.k.). Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit sofern es sich um Angelegenheiten im Hotel handelt. Angebot von Ausflügen gab es wenig aber sehr teuer mit Zusatzkosten für die Abholung vom Hotel. Zum Beispiel mussten wir uns Taxi/Transfer und Bootstour in den Phang-nga Marine Nationalpark relativ mühsam selbst organisieren.

Номер с выходом на террасу очень удобен; красивый берег моря , ощущение что в отеле немного людей; в отеле хороший ресторан и обслуживание на высоте; завтрак хороший; недалеко от отеля горячие источники hot springs, можно совместить;

Номера просторные, кровать большая и удобная, однако все уже немного уставшее, нет сушилок для купальников, в отеле не поменять деньги ; Лучше иметь машину, так как отель изолирован;

paradise atmosphere in a quiet place

Felt just like in the jungle, amazing pool and architecture, could really relax well. Not too many guests but that gave us a nice private feeling. Comfy beds, nice staff, they gave advice what to visit nearby because the natural park I wanted to visit was closed (Similan Island).

Even though there are not much guests, but I could see a lot of personal. If I were the manager, I would tell them to clean up the beach from the lot of plastic garbage the high tide brings to the beach sand every night. Even if just only one guest uses the beach, due to strong wind and huge waves, to keep a clean area would be a must for a 5 star resort.

The location directly on the beach is more than perfect.

Rusty sharp door-handle, my husband cut his finger opening the door. Tap in the shower fell to pieces in the arm. On the breakfast birds eat from the dish with fruits and staff did nothing with it. Without discount and for more than one night would be disappointing.

This was a very bad experience, the whole hotel felt run down and eerie.

The outdoor pool was pleasant and staff were polite.

The whole hotel was underwhelming and badly managed. I didn’t initially get the room I had booked and when I did, the Garden Terrace room which I had booked were crawling with ants. Despite killing them with the spray, the ants came crawling back around my things. The hotel is run down and old, breakfast was unhygienic and disorganised. The gym facilities were very run down, there was no AC in the gym and not even a shop to sell sunscreen.

The location and property layout were great. The beach was gorgeous. There were kayaks, waverunner boards, and some beach toys/games to sign up to use for free. Having a villa with adjoining rooms for a family of 4 was perfect. The massage huts to the right of the hotel property on the beach were nice. Our family enjoyed the beanbag beach chairs and being at a hotel with a beach area that wasn’t very crowded. This beach area felt more secluded for the hotel guests, which was nice.

This was the hardest hotel bed we’ve ever slept on and we’ve slept in hotels all over the world, including other places in Thailand. There was one topper on the bed already. We requested another and staff accommodated, which helped. One of the days of our stay, we had to wait several hours for pool/beach towels to become available. The pictures of the hotel on booking showed chairs on the villa rooftop areas. There were not any chairs on the villa rooftop balconies and some of the rooftop balconies, including ours, needed repair for safety.

Great location, the beach is very nice, all in all prefect for a peaceful vacation.

There was no soap in the bathroom and the toilet was leaking a bit, but these are only minor drawbacks.

The location on the Beach was fantastic

I did not like the expensive costs for drinks, laundry, motorcycle renting, dinning, etc. They seemed very overpriced. I would have spent much more n these services if the prices were a little in line with what was available just 500 meters away on the local economy.

A very family friendly resort . We had a wonderful 9 nights .

The pool area was amazing & easily accessible with strollers & babies . Loved that the beach was so close . Lots of activities to participate in if you wanted to .

The kids club could do with an upgrade .

Stunning resort

The resort exceeded our expectations. Stunning place. The pool area, and the beach front was amazing. The staff were super friendly and eager to help with anything.

Nice welcoming and services. Good location. The palce where you can have a good vibe with couple , family or yourself.

Very friendly staff. great value for money and beautiful views from the balcony.
