We have stayed here before, so it was definitely worth coming back to a second time. Friendly staff and the rooms are well-maintained.
The property is very nice, and I only have good things to say about it, but it’s located in a busy area. As such, definitely make sure you pay attention to your surroundings (someone on a motorcycle tried to take my phone).

Friendly staff. The receptionist was very friendly and patient with us considering the language barrier. Good that they offer Breakfast that is fairly good. WiFi is also available and good.
The area is not good, it's situated downtown and a lot of homeless people and apparently the 'land of the thieves'. It does not look like what you see in the pictures. The area has really deteriorated, not a nice building. Beds are not comfortable. It would help a lot if they add a kettle in the rooms so one can have hot water to make tea.
