O hotel é confortável, com instalações bem cuidadas e equipe muito atenciosa. O café da manhã é excepcional, de tão bom, com muita variedade e um cappuccino gostoso demais.

Todos os funcionários extremamente educados, solícitos e sorridentes. Muita limpeza e todas as salas e quarto. Ótimo café da manhã, com boas opções.
Portas dos banheiros sem travas. Falta luz no box de banho (até no projeto elétrico). Garagem pequena e vaga não garantida (poderia haver parceria com estacionamento próximo). Usam frascos de acondicionamento nas mesas de se servir no café da manhã. Isto causa certa dificuldade em se servir, particularmente com as opções na mesa final dos cereais. Tem-se que fazer força para destampar, frasco a frasco, para se servir, situação que não se vê em outros hotéis...
