Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location just at the end of the main road into the Kovalam beach area. Amazing suite with a big terrasse overlooking the beach and a small temple at a very modest price.
The building is a bit worn and has a complicated architecture with limited elevator service and some of the light and other installations out of order. But this also added to the charm of the place.

Locations is very good. Near to touristic place beach. Walkable distance to light house. Breakfast options are limited. It needs improvement.
