Atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários, limpeza em todos locais do hotel, dependências bonitas e agradáveis, local extremamente tranquilo e aconchegante. Sem detalhes negativos.
Aqui vai só uma sugestão pra se pensar, piscina muito bonita, limpa e tratada, falta só um sistema para quebrar o gelo da água e ser melhor aproveitada.

o Hotel Boutique Frangipani, surpreende desde a chegada ao hotel, com uma equipe muito gentil e não mede esforços para atender bem ao cliente!
O Local é muito bem cuidado e a atenção da equipe é um ponto de destaque. Café da manhã maravilhoso e arrumação impecável do quarto.

Cuidados e beleza do local. Mas o ponto forte é o excelente atendimento dos colaboradores. Todos muito educados e prestativos.
Achei os travesseiros de baixa qualidade. A pia do banheiro da suíte é muito pequena e isso faz com que acabe caindo água no chão.
