Location and aquarius facility we were there sever times.

Apartment is located in 5 * facility and you do expect somethin basic like TV in the room in working condition ,you do expect to have toiletries ( nothing at all ) nothing special just soap or shampoo. Saturday night you looking for nearest żabka to buy a soap instead relaxing and have fun. You do expect to have coffee tee there. Arrived a bit late for my plans, key pick up procedur ,,well just waste of time ..you need to drive to different location and looking for parking there no..it was too much for us ,drop off key same thing ..addition hour at least wasted... Never again ..wish to know such detail before booking. When reported TV not working Sunday next day after arrival, no maintenance available to fix it. Cofe and tee in apartment not an option with this provider.

Pobyt był rozczarowujący.

Obiekt połączony z hotelem Aquarius, dzięki czemu mozna było przejść z dziećmi w szlafrokach bez konieczności wyjścia z budynku do płatnego basenu. Plac zabaw przy hotelu ciekawy.

Budynek z mieszkaniami słabo wyciszony, słychać, co robią sąsiedzi w mieszkaniu wyżej/z boku, ich kłótnie, podniesione głosy o każdej porze dnia i nocy. Mieszkanie urządzone tanimi materiałami budowlanymi i dekoracyjnymi. Na 5 dni pobytu rodzina 2+2 były 2 worki na śmieci,2 rolki papieru toaletowego, żadnego środka czyszczącego czy domestosu -tylko płyn do mycia naczyń. Pozwala mi to bardzo wątpić w porządną dezynfekcję mieszkania po poprzednich lokatorach. W mieszkaniu miał być toster,nie było go-pani z biura powiedziała, że nie mają zapasowego i nie otrzymaliśmy żadnego. Wi-fi nie istnieje, jest połączone z hotelem i pani z biura poinformowała, że przy duzym obłożeniu hotelu może byc problem z połączeniem. Połączenia żadnego właściwie nie było, trzeba mieć swój prywatny internet...jest to bardzo rozczarowujące w dzisiejszych czasach, bajki żadnej dzieciom nie udało się puścić. W mieszkaniu była popsuta lodówka-pan serwisant był gotów ją na miejscu naprawiać,ale nie wiadomo było,ile godzin to mogłoby potrwać, więc nie chcieliśmy spędzić czasu w ciągu dnia pilnując pana. Biuro nie miało zapasowej lodówki, dopiero po telefonicznemu zgłoszeniu zażalenia w centrali pan z biura przywiózł lodówkę od pań z biura. Nie polecamy!
