i booked this hotel just for a night before going to my town in Sao Paulo state.
the location was what I needed easy access, staff was nice and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the price was and excellent value. breakfast was decent.
towels weren’t great, maybe too old, there was a leak in the faucet that didn’t bother us too much. and overall could have been better cleaned.
there is no elevator, I forgot to check before I booked it.

The hotel is pretty close to the train station, they have a private parking lot (small but works), and the breakfast is simple.
Breakfast is simple and they don't have foot towels.

It was clean enough and the staff was very helpful.
Parking is not included in the price. Not being notified of this ahead of time was blamed on booking.com
