Staff was very friendly. Was happy to assist.
I don’t understand why would you need an ID for 4 years old? Also everything was nice and clean except the shower head. It was covered in grime and had build up. Needs a good scrub.

Excellent food ,cosy rooms,great staff and good location . Has all the features of a 5 star hotel,yet feels like home,The food service is absolutely amazing
Since it's a old building ,there are some minor issues ,for example we had an issue with our door key ,but staff solved it ,at their best possible time .

Everything was well and to our likings.
Had a very comfortable stay.
Convey our thanks to the management.
One issue was the late check in time, which was at 15 hrs , that was quite inconvenient.
