A most beautiful promenade is very close to the property. Qawra is one of the most sought after towns in Malta. Guests must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 7.30am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy. Guests are to dispose of garbage in accordance with the usual practice at the Property in the allocated bins, and excess rubbish must not be left in common areas.Smoking is only permitted in the balcony. Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. Damages and breakages must be reported to the owner. Cheek in after 9 pm there is a fee of €15.No party’s allowed. NO extra people to stay other than noted in request. After booking is confirmed, we will prepare an agreement for the Guest to sign.
